We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Senior Sales Manager, Global Payments and Cash Management.
Principal responsibilities
Manage a client portfolio in order to maintain existing relationships and generate new income for the business
The incumbent will be responsible to manage inbound referral from International Subsidiaries of multinational corporates
The incumbent will be managing Request for Proposals issued by corporates, followed by and presentations.
The incumbent should be able to generate inbound business by engaging closely working with Global Head Quarter sites
Incumbent should have a Sales Advisory experience to cover Large Corporates
Execute a robust sales plan to target key customers including effective closure of pipeline deals to capture revenue targets
Manage costs within plan and to keep losses to a minimum
Undertake sector, portfolio planning and client monitoring/contact
Maintain close liaison with key stakeholders so as to provide input into the strategic direction of the business, the functionality and launch of new products and services.
Actively contribute to the department pipeline and keeping it accurate and up to date
To remain up to date with product knowledge
Generate referrals for other Global Businesses
Keep abreast of external factors influencing international business
Build and maintain close relationships with clients, ensuring a positive client experience. Act on feedback from market surveys, client engagement programmes .
Support development, direction and delivery of strategic initiatives a nurture a positive team environment
Desired profile
Requirements
Strong knowledge of local and regional cash management and clearing services, products and techniques.
Relationship Management experience at multiple levels
Proven ability in identifying and meeting customer needs through matching a broad range of products and services
Strong credit assessment skills, particularly with regard to more complex and structured facilities with an international dimension
Proven ability to deliver creative customer solutions.
Ability to understand a customers business and the fundamentals of running a business
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and ability to interact and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Excellent time management, planning and organisation skills
Strong analytical and marketing skills
A good understanding of the market and market trends
Ideally have Knowledge of global cash management and treasury Foreign Exchange
Ideally have experience of working in an International Global Banking environment
Ideally have an Association of Corporate Treasurers International Certificate in Cash Management
Ideally have an Association of the Chartered Institute of Bankers, Certified Treasury Professional or other recognised professional qualification
