Working with institutional investors, banks, insurance companies, governments and multinational corporations, Securities Services offers a range of fund administration, global custody, sub-custody and clearing, and corporate trust and loan agency services.   

We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Senior Officer, Service Delivery.  

Principal Responsibilities   

·  Ensure all transactions are process timely & accurately managers and institutional clients
·  Ensure efficient funding for payment / settlement of purchases
·  Processing of capital call and distributions
·  Processing private equity fund of fund investment activities
·  Ensure optimal levels of client service
·  Efficient administration and accurate valuation of the funds’ Net Asset Value (NAV)
·  Prepare and release of accurate and timely reporting to clients
·  Managed and control market, operational and regulatory risks
·  Ensure good day to day co-operation and communication with inter-department as well as inter-divisions within the department
·  Perform assigned duties to achieve overall smooth daily operations

Requirements

·  University graduate with a degree in accounting or related discipline, professional accounting designation highly desirable
·  Minimum of 3 years’ prior experience in private equity
·  Strong interpersonal, analytical, project management and problem-solving skills
·  Ability to procedure valuation and reporting accurately and timely
·  Excellent team worker
·  Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
·  Excellent written and spoken English skills
·  Willing to change and be proactive to drive change

To be considered for this role, the relevant rights to work in Singapore is required.

The chosen candidate for this role will be required to undergo enhanced vetting. Subject to local laws, this will require the individual to satisfactorily pass a series of additional checks as part of the recruitment process and on an ongoing basis, if appointed to the role.
