We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of  Senior Manager, Policy and Framework - ERM_RMF AND ENHANCEMENTS_CHINA.

Principal responsibilities

·  Contribute to the overall Design of Framework to be Simple, Consistent, Practical and Sustainable.
·  Liaise with relevant stakeholders, across all four Strategic Businesses; Group Infrastructure; and bandings.
·  Maintain relevant documentation (e.g. procedures and templates) for internal Framework governance, and day to day operations (e.g. progress tracking).
·  Educate stakeholders on changes and impact of Framework related changes, e.g. design or deliver training.
·  Interaction with internal and external auditors where required.

Leadership & Teamwork

·  Lead and influence senior stakeholders across Business/Group Infrastructure/Regions on Designs.
·  Engage and collaborate with relevant stakeholders where required, on deliveries.

Requirements

Functional Knowledge

·  Remain current on Risk Management Framework and ERM’s Future State Architecture / Value Stream.
·  Remain current on PRA, Basel, ORX regulatory and industry developments.
·  Relevant policy and framework design experience
·  Relevant financial services qualification (e.g. Audit related qualifications).
·  Design mindset, analytical skills, process re-engineering, and review/audit experience.

Candidate with less relevant experience or skills may be offered a lower Global Career Band than stated above.
