We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Senior Digital Delivery Manager, Retail Banking and Wealth Management .
Principal responsibilities
Definition of strategy and leadership of execution across key digital programmes for Retail Banking and Wealth Management Marketing; encompassing public websites and other marketing propositions delivered through digital channels.
Leading and championing best practice, setting and governing standards and driving improvement across the organisation globally
Ensuring all projects have the customer at the heart of all business requirements and the way in which they are delivered
Design and delivery of brilliant customer experiences that meet customer needs and perform against business goals
Developing robust plans within constraints, considering the delivery approach, key milestones and dependencies within the plan, requirements and scope, effort and resources, budgets and quality
Obtaining buy in from project sponsors for all key project plans, commitments and changes including requirements, quality assurance plans, budget, schedule and scope changes
Working closely and effectively with internal and external delivery partners to ensure efficient delivery of plans the achieve desired outcomes
Identification of opportunities to drive innovation and competitive differentiation for the organisation through digital technologies and digital customer experiences
Informing, influencing and inspiring others to drive change and delivery of results
Collaborate and build positive stakeholder and business partners relationships and provide regular updates to resolve high priority issues affecting projects
Build strong relationships, adopting a joined up approach to execute change at pace with minimum conflict.

Requirements
Customer focused, solutions oriented, results driven
Strong background and experience in designing digital customer experiences with depth of knowledge in user centred design techniques and methodologies.
Experience in global or regional roles, working effectively to deliver intended outcomes across diverse cultures
Comfort with technology including ability to translate business and customer need to business requirements, customer journey mapping, technical assessments, organisational buy-in, launch, and ongoing management.
Strong thought leadership and creativity to proactively propose new business opportunities and resolve issues
Strong communication skills for navigating through business requirements, differences of opinion on approach.
Consumer financial services industry experience and strong understanding of Digital business, while experience with travel, lifestyle, and/or other consumer product development is a strong advantage.
Proven leadership capability
Demonstrates flexibly when addressing shifting or competing priorities.
Proven ability to build strong relationsips across stakeholder groups.
Proven ability to influence large teams without direct leadership authority.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferable
Strong analytical and presentation skills.
Excellent organisational and planning skills.
A flexible approach to work and working hours.
Some international travel is likely to be required with this role
