Principal responsibilities

·  Solicit new applications through roadshows
·  Handle customer enquiries on credit card application and deliver customer-focused solutions
·  Achieve assigned sales targets
·  Keep abreast of latest development of the unsecured lending business and recommend corresponding business strategies as appropriate

Requirements

·  Secondary Education holder or relevant qualifications
·  Minimum 3 years relevant experience, with exposure to credit card acquisition is an advantage
·  Ability to work under pressure, flexibility to work in different locations and willingness to work on Sundays and public holidays
·  Proficiency in both English and Chinese, with fluency in Putonghua is an advantage
·  High level of customer centricity mindset with dedication to deliver exceptional quality services for customers
