We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Business Analyst.
Business: CTO Data Technology
Principal responsibilities
• Responsible for capturing, analysing and documenting business requirements, creation of epics and writing user stories and managing product backlog
• Support with the translation of business requirements and designs into more detailed functional requirement
• Creates analysis of customer journeys and product functionality
• Support the business owner to prioritise product backlog by providing insight based on business knowledge, investigations and analysis
• Responsible for investigating operational issues, problems and new opportunities. Provide initial high-level options for solution design, factoring feasibility (commercial, business, technical, delivery, etc.) and business / change impact
• Work directly with various stakeholders across multiple geographies, such as Product Owners, Business Analysts, Process Designers, IT and Digital teams to produce accurate delivery estimates and manage the transition from analysis through to design and delivery
• Ensure risks and issues are identified and managed closely
• Drive all stakeholders to deliver on time and to the required quality standards
• Contribute to post implementation reviews to demonstrate success and progress of projects
• Develop various project documentation to stakeholders (e.g., Project Plan, Status Report, Implementation checkpoints)
• Supporting the delivery production line (development, testing and implementation) ensuring digital deliverables meet business requirements and are fit for purpose to release to customers
Requirements
• Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective change process
• Extensive experience in gathering business requirements and conducting design activity, with a mix of business, operations and technology focused projects
• Able to use basic SQL
• More than 3 Years BA/related experience
• Proven ability to work across regions whilst maintaining a global perspective
• Sound judgmental skills to identify and resolve problems
• Effective communication, inter-personal and negotiating skills
• Excellent decision making and problem-solving ability
• Work fluent in English
