Global Trade and Receivables Finance
Global Trade and Receivables Finance comprises over 4,500 people across more than 60 countries, helping suppliers and buyers with their export and import finance needs. Trade is where HSBC began in 1865, when we financed commerce between Europe, North America and Asia.

We are currently seeking an experienced professional t to join the GTRF Services team


Principal Responsibilities

· All requests received for disbursement and repayments are thoroughly validated and processed in compliance to DIM and prescribed AML / Sanctions controls and within the agreed timelines.
· Ensure a high level of operational efficiency in Receivable finance operations.
· Scrutinize transaction documents to ensure approval conditions are met and documents are genuine
· Ensure operational controls are maintained and adhered to by following all the group guidelines / policies, Internal Controls and all relevant external regulations.
· Ensure Transactions and repayments are processed in timely and error free manner ensuring no operational losses and adhering to all controls
· Maintain constant dialogue with key business partners

Qualifications :

Qualifications/Requirements:
·  Knowledge & experience in RF products, operations,RF Cycle and customer service
·  Basic Knowledge of trade/ transaction documents.(Domestic and Export)
·  Good understanding of Operational Risk related to the underlying RF Transactions.
·  Strong interpersonal, influencing and communication skills.
·  A good team player who possesses good interpersonal and communication skills .
·  Strong organizing and time management skills.
·  Good command of spoken and written English desirable.
·  A Bachelor degree preferably in a business or related area

Any other additional Information:

Banking and Finance Operations experience of 2-3 years
