The ISB Relationship Support Analyst role is based within HSBC Commercial Banking UK
International Subsidiary Banking (ISB) is the Division's international proposition which aims to provide banking coverage to the subsidiaries of Commercial Banking (CMB) customers within the Large Corporate and Mid - Corporate segments. The ISB strategy is to provide consistent, in-depth and dedicated coverage across the HSBC network with the end goal to deepen our relationship with our customers. The ISB business is a significant contributor of revenue to CMB and consists of a network of dedicated bankers across more than 50 countries worldwide managing over 35,000 subsidiary client relationships.
The role of the ISB - Relationship Support Analyst is to support Relationship Directors with the provision of financial services solutions for Corporate Banking customers, with sophisticated domestic and cross border banking requirements in a variety of industry sectors across the globe.

Your responsibilities will include:
· Acting as a key point of contact to customers to provide ongoing day to day support
· Providing support to the Relationship Director to enable them to meet customer needs
· Preparing financial proposals, presentations and undertake analysis for both existing and prospective customers
· Detailed customer research, financial and credit analysis
· Supporting on day-to-day activities including client planning, pipeline management, coordination with product partners
· Ensuring consistent application of Group Policy and adhere to regulatory, financial, and legal standards to minimize business and reputational risks
Desired profile
Qualifications :
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
· Experience working in relevant environment/s, i.e. Commercial Banking (CMB)
· A track record of gaining an understanding of customers' needs and delivering excellent customer service
· Achieved targets and met expectations whilst supporting and encouraging others to do the same
· Strong verbal and written communication skills with experience of adapting your style and approach to the audience and message to be delivered
· Experience of planning and prioritising their own time effectively and adhering to strict deadlines
· The ability to understand and interpret financial data
· A comprehensive understanding of the regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements associated with financial services and experience of working within these
