Global Service Delivery

Every day, customers all over the world are paying bills, buying homes and setting up companies and every day, Global Service Delivery teams are making sure all this happens smoothly.

Role Purpose


The purpose of a WFM Lead is to ensure effective planning and management of resources for Business Service Operations within GSC, to meet service levels and agreed staffing ratios and KPIs. This includes leading the planning of long/short term FTE requirements, the scheduling of staff and real time management across multiple GSCs. The role holder will deliver on tasks documented in this role profile and the individuals' objectives will determine the scope of their role on a day to day basis to meet the demand of the business.

We are currently seeking an ambitious individual to join this team working together with colleagues to define, manage and achieve divisional business targets. In this role, you will:

Financial

Support Business Growth

· Support the business growth by providing RC advice/expertise in respect of Global Service Centres.

Manage the performance of RC

· Support the site lead in running area of responsibility “as a business”, by ensuring efficient management of resources and operate within approved financial AOP, and assist site lead in ensuring financial planning (operating costs) are reviewed and accomplished on time for the upcoming year.

Non-Financial

Conduct

· Achievement and sustained delivery of the global conduct outcomes by the GSCs.

Operational Risks/NFR

· Fulfil our obligations as both a Risk Steward and Control Owner, further embedding the operational risk framework within area of responsibility (i.e., processes outsourced to the GSCs and GSC entity itself).

Desired profile

Qualifications :

· 
Promoting a compliance culture and perception of RC, despite the stringent rules and regulations governed by different international and local regulations, as well as government agencies.

· 
Developing and nurturing partnerships with the BP/In-country RC units.

· 
Keeping up to date with industry trends and new regulatory compliance rules and regulations that affect our BPs or GSC entities.

· 
Driving best practices identified on the same product across different BPs.

· 
Developing relationships with regulators and internal management in both home and host environments, where required.

· 
In reaching solutions to problems, the jobholder must strive to balance risk and local needs whilst ensuring that regulatory requirements are maintained.

· 
Maintain familiarity and good knowledge with the available processes on site.

· 
Ensuring quality standards are met and that submissions meet strict deadlines.
