We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of 

Recruitment Specialist - strong candidate identified

Role purpose

The main objective of the Recruiter is to attract, assess and select qualified candidates in terms of technical skills, competences and values aligned to HSBC. They have an important role in identifying and acquiring top talent in the market, contributing to company´s growth and success. Recruiters also facilitates the hiring process, ensuring providing a great customer experience to both, candidates and hiring managers, adhering strictly at every moment to HSBC Internal Policies and Procedures.

Principal Accountabilities and Responsibilities

· 
Identify, screen and Attract qualified candidates through job boards and professional networks

· 
Work closely with Hiring Managers to understand expectations and create accurate job adverts

· 
Generate Recruitment strategies

· 
Manage relationships with potential candidates, industry professionals to cover roles

· 
Conduct interviews to evaluate candidate skills, experience and values fit 

· 
Maintain candidate records updated in Eightfold system

· 
Adhere to legal and HSBC policies ensuring fairness and giving equal opportunity to everyone

· 
Ensure providing a great customer experience along all Recruitment process

Requirements

· 
3 years of experience at talent acquisition in Banking, financial sector

· 
Fluent English is Mandatory

· 
Ability to collaborate effectively with team members Strong organizational and communication skills

· 
Strict adherence to Policies and Procedures
