Human Resources lead the implementation of the Group's people strategy in line with business objectives. We are currently seeking an experienced individual to join this team in the role of Recruitment Coordinator to support the Global Banking and Executive Search team.

In this role, you will:
·
Raise and manage all vacancies in the applicant tracking system, working in partnership with the Recruiters to ensure updates are made in realtime.

Organise internal and external advertising and supporting the Recruiter through applicant shortlisting.

· Processing of invoices
·
Candidate management including scheduling interviews and handling enquiries

· Supporting all immigration related enquiries and requirements
·
Providing support to the Regional Recruitment Lead on all management activities as required.

·
Supporting cyclical R&O activities such as PSL reviews and workforce planning

·
Liaise with agency and search partners in support of overall relationship

·
Collecting feedback from candidates and interviewers

·
Arrange psychometric testing and any other assessment activity.

· Support all ad-hoc projects as required.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:

·  Experience working in a recruitment or HR environment ideally
· 
Previous experience as a recruitment coordinator is preferable or strong coordination and admin skills – i.e. someone from a PA background or a graduate looking for experience within recruitment

·  Excellent written and verbal communication skills
·  Must be very organised and have excellent follow through skills
·  Working knowledge of Microsoft packages such as Outlook, Word and Excel
·  Can do attitude, must be curious to learn and take initiative
·  Team orientated
·  Ability to work in a fast paced and demanding environment, must be efficient and able to prioritize workload


The base location for this role is Canary Wharf, London.
