The RBWM Transformation Project
- Senior Transformation Manager role is based within the newly created Retail Banking and Wealth Management (RBWM) Transformation team. The role holder will support the transformation of RBWM in the UK with respect to the RBWM Transformation Programme.
 
The role of the RBWM Transformation Project
- Senior Transformation Manager is to be responsible for driving through product origination changes and service automation whilst executing channel simplification. This will involve working across HSBC Operating Services and Technologies (HOST) and Global Functions to manage the multiple deliverables and their impacts on the multiple systems impacts to ensure no systemic risks arise through the delivery of UK RBWM Transformation.
 
This is a newly created team working on a Global Project outlined during the Investor Update that took place with the Group Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the bank
 
The role supports transforming UK RBWM into a truly Digital organization, ensuring Customers find it easier to do business with HSBC in the UK and the create shareholder value.
 
There is on site gym facilities and various cross site engagement events promoting inter department social networking.
 
Your responsibilities will include:
Supporting the transformation of UK RBWM and ensuring all in scope initiatives are executed and the associated benefits realised.
Being accountable for liaison with global Design leads supporting the development and validation of Global design and influencing this design to ensure it is deliverable and applicable to market
Being accountable for delivering on time and within budget managing an end to end integrated plan, regularly managing inter dependencies risks and issues
Working across HSBC Technology and Services (HTS) and Global Functions to manage the multiple deliverables and their impacts on the multiple systems impacts to ensure no systemic risks arise through the delivery of UK RBWM Transformation
Advocating and championing of the transformation strategy ensuring cross functional and cross business alignment to one agenda
Helping to deliver cost saves which contribute to the programme target of c$250m (annually) as of the start of 2018
