We are currently seeking an experienced individual to join this team in the role of Quality Control Officer.
The Quality Control Officer role is based within the Isle of Man Contact Centre Account Opening department and will report into the Risk Manager. The role of the Quality Checker is to work closely with the account opening teams to review the applications and profiles to ensure in line with regulatory, compliance and procedural requirements.
In this role, you will:

Perform quality checks on KYC profiles for sign off in accordance with external regulatory requirements, internal control standards and group compliance policy.

Support Account Opening teams to produce high quality know your customer information and documentation.
·
Proactively work with Team Managers, MI Analyst and Trainer to identify trends and recommend solutions.
·
Plan and prioritise work appropriately considering importance, urgency, customer and business impact.
·
Champion and embrace change and innovation in the team.
·
Ensure knowledge of regulatory, control and procedural requirements remain up to date including AML, KYC, Sanctions, FATCA and CDD.

Qualifications :
To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:

High attention to detail coupled with the ability to take a risk based approach.
·
A desire to find ways to continually improve the service delivered to customers (both internal and external customers)
·
Excellent written and spoken communication skills; an ability to communicate with impact, ensuring complex information is articulated in a meaningful way to wide and varied audiences
·
Experience working in a similar /relevant environment(s).
·
Be knowledgeable of domestic banking systems (i.e. Browser Main Menu)
