Coordinates all aspects of change delivered in VS; Responsible for maximizing velocity in VS and optimizing work flowing into Agile teams. Operates across all Agile Teams in the SVS
Actively driving business delivery across all aspects of change. Accountable for Financial management (e.g. Business/Tr recharges, direct cost, charges to the business), governance, executive reporting, QBR support.
Support Business in breaking down product vision and roadmap into a backlog of actionable and appropriately sized work items that clarify what needs to be done, in what order and how to know it is done correctly (e.g. Definition of Done).
Make key decisions (inc. prioritisation) based on customer / business needs and analysis led insights.
Build and enable the practice of delivery management and scrum mastery, and improve agile maturity across HSBC.
· Embed effective, efficient collaboration across Business, Transformation and Technology within and between Teams / SVS
· Manage delivery governance and reporting, ensuring effective, appropriate and timely communication and updates across key stakeholders
· Embed HSBC Agile practices in the VS / SVS and continuously improve ways of working to minimise waste and improve delivery efficiency and effectiveness within HSBC guardrails.
· Facilitate SVS / VS ceremonies, governance forums and ad hoc meetings when appropriate, ensuring they are positive, effective, and kept within the timebox.
· Maintain a holistic view of available resource and demand across geographies, skillsets, and grades, to best deliver defined outcomes / goals
· Manage short term and long term capacity plans, VS / SVS / Teams sizing and structures, and resource / skills allocations to optimise delivery flow and utilisation
· Act as key point of contact for the VS / SVS regarding delivery within and between the VS / SVS and across WPB
· Oversee creation of artefacts (e.g. QBR Memo, Capability Investment Case) to secure funding and interlocks
· Ensure effective management of dependencies / interlocks, risks and issues, including identification and removal of impediments, escalation of issues and tracking of risks
· Ensure sustainable pace of delivery of the SVS and Teams and focus on outcomes rather than output
· Drive the collaboration between the VS / SVS Scrum Masters and Delivery Leads to improve agile maturity and delivery practice of the VS / SVS and train and coach their members in HSBC Agile WOO
Requirements
Experience / Education
· Business Administration, Finance, Commerce degree or related fields.
· Fluency English (C1, C2)
· Experience working with Agile methodologies is preferred.
Skills / Knowledge
· Leadership: The role will coordinate multi-disciplinary teams for execution and interact with Sr. Stakeholders.
· Ability to form networks and influence at multiple levels of the organization (both up and down), across different teams.

· Must be a self-starter, flexible, innovative and adaptive.
· Comprehensive knowledge of WPB Propositions and Channels.
