Purpose of the role

Responsible for analyzing market trends, product development, analysis, execution, implementation, management of risk and conduct indicators, as well as generating strategies for control, quality and sales increase aligned to ensure the satisfaction of our customers' experience. With the following responsibilities:
• Have efficient management of different responsibilities at the same time, maintaining the ability to negotiate between support areas to achieve common objectives for the company.
• Understanding the P&L of the different Insurance products for the development of plans to achieve the objectives.
• Establish a close, trusting, healthy, objective working relationship focused on obtaining profitability results as well as quality for our internal clients.
• Manage a team of product developers or specialists• Leadership in project implementation based on product knowledge and focused on strategic objectives
• Efficient teamwork following institutional policies
• Supervise activities to achieve sales objectives with quality, seeking to generate a culture of talent development and continuous improvement, promoting internal and external teamwork.
• Maintain HSBC's internal control standards, including timely implementation of internal and external audit items along with any issues raised by external regulators.
• Participate in forums and committees to make timely decisions in the best interest of the company.
• Manage and manage risks with appropriate controls and mitigants to ensure compliance with internal and regulatory regulations, always taking care of the customer experience.
• Manage through risk and conduct indicators that allow for detecting gaps in procedures, as well as defining actions to mitigate any deficiencies.
