We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Premier Service Manager.
 
Principal responsibilities
Contribute to achieving the branch’s objective of providing customer services
Ensure excellent level of service provided by bank colleagues
Manage the execution of the Bank’s strategies, by ensuring team members identify potential customers and make the appropriate referrals
Ensure compliance with all regulations and operation guidelines that are outlined in Group Policy
Collaborate amongst streams at branch to deliver branch goal
Manage talent development and retention

Desired profile

Requirements
University graduate with a degree in a relevant discipline
Possess proven frontline experience with solid job knowledge in Retail Banking and Wealth Management
Ability to lead and drive team performance
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with outstanding leadership and people management skills
Possess Investment and Insurance licenses
Good spoken and written English and Chinese skills, with Putonghua a definite advantage
