Wealth and Personal Banking is our new global business combining Retail Banking and Wealth Management; and Global Private Banking, to become one of the world’s largest global wealth managers with USD1.4 trillion in assets.  Our dedicated colleagues serve millions of customers worldwide across the entire spectrum of private wealth, ranging from personal banking for individuals and families, through to business owners, investors and ultra-high-net-worth individuals.  We provide products and services such as bank accounts, credit cards, personal loans and mortgages, as well as asset management, insurance, wealth management and private banking, that best suit our customers’ needs.

Job Content :
·  Manage and explore new strategic partnership to expand Premier customer acquisition opportunities
·  Assist to implement Group/Regional initiatives, especially on customer acquisition, beyond banking services, and international customer journey improvement
·  Strengthen HSBC Premier differentiation and competitive advantage by creating a strong suite of customer campaigns and events
·  Drive and promote HSBC global banking services through key corridor collaboration, customer communication or other strategic campaign planning
·  Ensure compliance and consistency with our compliance and control policy and local regulatory guidelines

Information

·  With wealth management/banking marketing/proposition related experience at least 3 years is preferred
·  University graduated or above 
·  Proficiency in English reading, writing, and conversation required
·  Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, presentation and analytical skills
·  Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams to execute business initiatives
·  Ability to establish relationship and build trust with internal & external stakeholders and partners to drive business opportunities
·  Willingness to embrace innovation and explore new approaches to drive business success
·  Strong organizational and time management skills  
·  Proactive, self-motivated, enthusiastic, resilience and a team player
