Role Overview
To acquire, establish and grow Premier customer relationships and to fulfil their financial needs. To have meaningful interactions with Premier customers to engage, discover and recommend based on their needs. Put the customer at the heart of our business and deliver joined up services and solutions aligned to customer needs. To be open, connected, and dependable and act with courageous integrity at all times. Full compliance with internal policies, procedures and compliance requirements.

Duties & Responsibilities
Business Impact
· Meaningful interactions (physical & virtual where a need is discussed) in line with the defined sales process
· Proactively support the customer to utilize the channel most appropriate to support their needs EDRAS Number of Digitally Engaged users active as a % of customer base
· Achieve the business objectives by meeting customer need
Customers/ Stakeholders
· Provide one-stop financial services, proactively promoting Premier services, and fulfilling holistic wealth management needs of Premier customers
· Delivery of a customer experience that meets or exceeds our customers' expectations
· To minimize errors, operational losses and rework
· Ensure on-going operation of business meets audit and risk standards
· Deliver fair outcomes for our customers and ensure own conduct maintains the orderly and transparent operation of financial markets
Leadership & Teamwork
· Work with other Premier Relationship Managers to ensure a consistent approach and application of the Global Premier proposition and provision of Wealth Management solutions to Premier customers
· Set an example to colleagues in terms of delivering sound, appropriate Wealth solutions and customer service excellence
· Contribute to the success of the Premier sales team result
Operational Effectiveness & Control
· Comply with local regulatory requirements
· Proactively assisting management in identifying and containing Money Laundering compliance risk through reporting of suspicious customers to MLCO/ACO
· Strictly following and implementing with accuracy KYC and SCC due diligence information for individuals from Sanction & sensitive countries
· Be alert to operational risk losses during the execution of the day to day responsibilities, Identify an operational risk loss and report this to manager ensuring that it is reported to their local risk coordinator.

Desired profile

Experience & Qualifications
·  University graduate with at least 3 years of sales & service experience in retail banking
·  Previous branch experience in HSBC or equivalent
·  Strong understanding of HSBC group across key business areas, including HSBC International Personal Banking Service and Offshore
·  Knowledge of core products, account opening systems and Customer Relationship Management system
·  Knowledge of operational procedures related to the sale of insurance and investment products at HSBC
·  Knowledge of regulatory and compliance issues as required locally
·  Comprehensive understanding of the Premier proposition and products, along with the ability to communicate this effectively to customers
Skills
·  Strong selling and presentation skills regarding Wealth / Insurance & Investment solutions
·  Excellent interpersonal skills, including influencing and relationship building over the phone
·  Excellent planning and organizational skills
·  Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
·  Accuracy – ability to get it right the first time
