We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Lead Consultant Specialist.

Roles & Responsibilities:

·  Conceptualizing, developing and implementing automation solutions for the Deployment Operations Team, with the end goal of reducing time and effort on task, to increase testing coverage, and to mitigate risks
·  Hands-on development of test automation framework
·  Helping to implement end-to-end automation, tools strategies and roadmaps for various mainframe applications
·  Conducting technical research to understand the scope of manual testing and implementing robust test strategies around Automated System Integration Testing at the API level for various internal frameworks
·  Capture functional and non-functional requirements for test environment preparation and provisioning Configuration, Sizing and Performance of Environments
·  Manage and Lead all test data preparation activities Region Booking, Region Setup, Access Setup, Interface Setup, Infrastructural Configuration Setup, Online Setup, Batch Setup, Parameters Setup, Code Setup and Pipe Cleaning activities through Internal Certification and Warranty Period Setup
·  Participate in change management activities on test environments and test data as result of environments defects and incidents
·  Helping to drive adoption of test automation across projects continue to build on existing processes, methods and assets
·  Working closely with testing team application development teams to understand testing/automation requirements and to facilitate automated test execution
·  Conducting technical scripts code review, identifying vulnerabilities in automated testing and finding ways to optimize scripts to increase the speed of execution

Requirements

Requirements/Key Skills:

·  Strong knowledge & experience with Databases - DB2, Oracle, SQL Server
·  Demonstrated ability to understand, evaluate, and deploy new and emerging technologies in the Cloud computing domain
·  SME on APM, Application Performance Engineering
·  Help projects in leveraging Splunk, Monitoring tools like dynaTrace fully via automation
·  Identify and execute on opportunities to reduce Operations applications risk and improve operational stability
·  Collaborate with internal Technology Partners to analyze and resolve deployment and environment issues
·  Experience in complex Environment set up and architecture (Linux, Unix based systems, network, storage, database, with focus on capacity planning, sizing, technical performance and different infrastructure tools used to deliver the services)
·  Understands and has experience in ITIL Framework and service management
·  Experience in all elements of the Test Life Cycle planning, specification, execution, recording, completion and defect management
