We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Personal Banking Executive, Premier Relationship.

Principal Responsibilities

With HSBC’s Contact Centre and Remote Channel, we are committed to your professional growth and offer comprehensive and continuous training, on-the-job experience and sponsorship support for relevant qualifications, our team members have the opportunities to gain knowledge of banking, investment and financial products.

As part of our team, you will:

·  Provide quality services and resolve our top tier customers’ queries efficiently using insights from our innovative technology and solutions
·  Work closely with our top tier customers, understand their needs and recommend appropriate financial services and solutions

Requirements

·  A holder of High Diploma, equivalent or above
·  Fluency in Cantonese, English and Mandarin and ability to read and write in Chinese and English
·  Banking experience is not essential. We will provide comprehensive training to help you progress in your career and gain your professional licensing qualifications
·  Candidate with customer service experience, and a license holder of HKSI 1,7,8 or IIQE 1, 2, 3, will be considered for a Senior Wealth & Personal Banking Executive role
·  Fresh graduates are welcome

·  香港高級文憑證書同等或以上學歷
·  能操流利廣東話、英語及普通話，並有良好中英讀寫能力
·  無需銀行工作經驗，我們將會向員工提供全面的專業培訓，並支援員工考取工作所需的相關專業資格包括（香港證券及投資學會卷一、卷七及卷八）或保險牌照 (保險中介人資格考試卷一、卷二及卷三）
·  具客戶服務經驗並持有以上相關專業資格的應徵者，將會被考慮擔任高級財富管理及個人銀行業務主任職位
