We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Personal Banking Executive (Night Shift), Premier Relationship .

Principal Responsibilities

·  Provide quality services and resolve queries from our Premier, Premier Elite and Global Private Banking customers efficiently using insights from our innovative technology and solutions
·  Work closely with our customers, understand their needs and recommend appropriate financial services and solutions
·  Achieve individual performance expectation, develop your career with a clear progression path
·  Benefit from extensive training, learning opportunities, support from your peers and managers and exposure to a wide variety of financial products, services and technologies

Requirements

·  A holder of High Diploma, equivalent or above
·  Fluency in Cantonese, English and Mandarin and ability to read and write in Chinese and English
·  Banking experience is not essential. We will provide comprehensive training to help you progress in your career and gain your professional licensing qualifications
·  Candidate with customer service experience, and a license holder of HKSI 1,7,8 or IIQE 1, 2, 3, will be considered for a Senior Wealth & Personal Banking Executive role
·  Fresh graduates are welcome
