Role Title: PEGA Decisioning Architect

Role Purpose:

· Build and own end to end Pega Marketing/ decisioning solution within HSBC from business point of view and ensure the business functions of the delivered solution matches business requirements.
· Execute high quality deliverables across all phases of the programme, identifying and optimally defining decision logic / business rules, flows data mapping use cases.
· Ability to lead and manage the Business requirements sessions, meetings and presentations.
· Proactive approach towards improving processes and existing solution.
· Able to provide guidance/ training to market Pega users and global CoE team

Desired profile

Qualifications :

·  At least 7-8 years of hands on marketing decisioning experience of which 2-3 years with Pega Marketing as a user
·  Relevant experience in analysis, requirement gathering, design and development of enterprise decisioning based application systems.
·  Deep understanding of CRM, contact strategy, customer life cycle (Up sell, Cross sell, Retention, etc)
·  Previous statistical or rules based development experience preferably in Financial Services industry
·  A BA/ BS Degree required, Masters preferred.
·  Pega Marketing Product Certification .
·  Ability to make large group presentations and consult effectively one-on-one.
·  Self-motivated and possesses the ability to apply technical knowledge to educate the business appropriately in an engaging way.
