We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of PCI compliance manager
PCI DSS Compliance is a critical program for HSBC Bank USA, N.A. We are looking for a PCI Compliance Manager that will support the initiative for the US. The PCI Compliance Manager will support our efforts by obtaining the PCI SC Internal Security Assessor Certification to support our efforts in maintaining compliance through analysis and assessment, remediation, distribution, and successful delivery of the program and ensuring benefits realization. They operate at a support level and engages and influences a wide spectrum of stakeholders and partners across HSBC
Main Activities:
· Engages across HSBC to drive, deliver and support sustainable growth in revenue and market share in line with HSBC’s strategy.
· Achieving excellence. Drives business results and collaboration, persevering under pressure.
· Change & Implementation Management. Architects complex, large-scale change solutions, specifying all elements of the change journey and audience impacts. Optimizes the use
of global solutions in delivering business requirements to consolidate and support the deployment of the global business model.
· Ensures the analysis and interpretation of comprehensive information to provide
commercially viable and sustainable solutions.
· Customer focus. Champions activities encouraging outstanding service and/or enhancing customer advocacy.
· Strengthen stakeholder relationships. Uses relationship management skills/tools to responsibly
influence decisions and stakeholder advocacy.
· Deliver fair outcomes for our customers and ensure own conduct maintains the orderly and transparent operation of financial markets.
Requirements
· Scale of Programs –
PCI Compliance Manager will support Programs of large scale that comprises of multiple small programs.
· Complexity of Programs –
PCI Compliance Manager will support Programs of medium to high complexity.
· Proven experience in working with matrix reporting teams across different time zones.
· Proven experience in driving programs through Agile and scrum methods
· Prior certification as a PCI QSA or PCI ISA is preferred.
· Outstanding project and program management experience which include communications capabilities, decision making and problem-solving skills, lateral thinking, analytical and interpersonal skills.
· Extensive experience in working with business and IT teams at all stages of a project lifecycle.
· Good stakeholder management experience, especially impactful communication, influencing and running project governance Implementation, change management and benefits realization.
· Extensive project management skills and experience of managing large and complex projects.
· Multiple strong examples of the delivery of on time and on budget projects that achieve business case stated.
· Outcomes – a driver with bias towards delivery at pace and controlling project outcomes.
· Experience in Agile principles adoption or other best in class development practices
· Ability to speak, read and write in English.
· Ability to handle large amounts of data / information and balance competing priorities to drive successful outcomes.
· Systematic problem-solving approach.
· Ability to communicate technical subject matter to non-technical stakeholders.
· Experience in analysis of operational data to support business decisions and proven process management experience - inclusive of process design and system optimization
· Due to the urgent hiring need, candidates with immediate right to work locally and no relocation need will be prioritised.
