We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Oversight Manager, Global Private Banking & Wealth

Principal responsibilities

·  Manage Outsourcing & Service Performance committees, Assist in Personal Data Assessment approval process, and various other administrative tasks.
·  Work alongside business leads in the renewal of third party contracts and the procurement of new services. Support as a subject matter expert in the procurement process.
·  Establish and maintain a database of all third party suppliers (external and internal) for Global Private Banking
·  Act as a point of contact and a liaison between Global Private Banking and the UK Third Party Management Team.
·  Production of useful MI and analysis to enable insightful decision making can be made.
·  Prepare presentations & packs.
·  Undertake Day to Day support activities in helping to run the operation and Ad hoc requests and analysis as required/requested

Requirements

·  Educated to graduate level (or equivalent level of experience)
·  Proven and progressive experience of Third Party management.
·  Good knowledge of the Global Private Banking and Wealth will be a strong advantage.
·  Strong analytical and Excel skills to be able to manipulate high volumes of data to understand and use metrics to draw conclusions and identify key themes and trends to support problem analysis and the formulation of recommendations.
·  Outstanding work ethic, high level of personal drive and motivation to ensure delivery of a broad range of outputs simultaneously across HSBC.
·  Prior Business Management & Experience of producing high quality reporting to tight deadlines
·  Stakeholder Management ability to engage and build effective relationships with team and stakeholders
·  Good communication (written and verbal) and experience in creating executive-ready written content (papers, prep notes, speaking points, etc.).
