We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Operations Manager Account Servicing and Management - GRP INS COOOPS -INHK.

Principal responsibilities

·  Responsible for onboarding and renewal of medical panel to provide medical checkup for clients.
·  Regularly meeting with HK Team and relative parties to ensure the medical panels are all providing good quality service to INHK client.
·  Identify business needs and requirements and participate in project workgroup to ensure new changes to underwriting and new business functions to be implemented efficiently with proper procedure in place and necessary system support.
·  Support to build up a proper governance and monitoring control in place to fully comply with internal FIM guideline as well as external regulatory requirements.
·  Development and monitors on underwriting demographics portfolio, provide recommendations to improve service standard.

Requirements

·  3 to 5 years of solid experience in backend insurance operations or medical panel operations.  Candidates with less experience may be considered for an Assistant Manager or Officer role
·  Candidate with experience in dealing with the internal and external compliance/regulations/governance and/or project management experience will give advantage.
·  Detail oriented and able to multi tasks.
·  Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese.
·  Strong self-motivation and ability to work under pressure and strong job commitment.
·  Good communication and negotiation skills, with a thorough understanding of insurance products and analytical mind.
·  Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes.
·  Can work independently as well as good team working spirit.

Candidate with less relevant experience or skills may be offered a lower Global Career Band than stated above.
