We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.

 
In this role, you will: 

- Support bank car and ride-hail service management including system admin, user profile maintenance, payment, MI report generation and dispatch, handling user inquiry, etc.

- Support bank chop management including system admin, chop affixing, handling user inquiry, branch support, etc.

- Data processing - data entry, basic data analysis, prepare MI report

- Document management - disseminating information, drafting presentations and documents file and document management

- Record administration – maintaining records, information resources and data sources

- Co-ordination and Administration support - coordinating activities, arranging resources and meetings, services and supplies

- Research - carrying out non-specialist research

Requirements

To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:

- Bachelor or Master degree graduates

- Three to five years working experience

- Good at data analysis via Excel

- Good at both Chinese and English

- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to communicate effectively and confidently

- Good customer-oriented attitude, strong analytic and reasoning skills

- Strong problem solving skill and implementation ability

- High level of personal drive and motivation to ensure delivery
