We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.

In this role, you will:

• Provide high quality support to frontline Premier Relationship Manager/Customer Development Officer in Customer Due Diligence pre-screening for customer on-boarding.
• Build extensive knowledge of HSBC systems and procedures in order to handle client needs.
• Proactively help HSBC identify opportunity to improve process efficiencies.
• Sensitively redirect clients to the most effective and efficient channel.
• Support the client in navigating the channel of their choice (to interact with HSBC) effectively and efficiently.
• Maintain high standards of control and operational practices in line with HSBC's expectations.
• Focus on the delivery of providing a smooth customer on-boarding journey at Regional level.
• Deliver fair outcomes for our customers and ensure own conduct maintains the orderly and transparent operation of financial markets.
• In order to deliver a high quality service to our highest value personal clients the role holder will need to demonstrate an extensive knowledge of banking products and services.

• Ensure internal client consistently receives a professional premium service which exceeds their expectations at all times.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:

​• 2-3 years of general banking work experience.;
• University degree (recognized by the state) or above;
• Educational background in banking industry or other financial industries; experience in RBWM focusing on CDD is a plus;
• Experience in compliance, risk control or internal audit function in financial institutions preferred;
• Proficient in both oral and written English;
• Good computer operation skill;
• Disciplined; honest; initiative; responsible; constructive and have good analytical and logical thinking;
• Excellent communication skill;
• Strong problem solving skills, self-driven;
• Willing to take out-reach tasks.
