We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Officer, ORSO Operations .
Principal responsibilities
· Monitor and control daily operational tasks for Pensions products, so that timely and quality services are delivered.
· Ensure compliance with statutory deadlines where applicable.
· Train and develop subordinates so that staff can perform to required standards and successors can be identified .
· Handle special projects, ad hoc tasks and other restricted transactions as assigned by supervisors.
· Assist in preparing statistics for management information and reporting purposes.
· Ensure and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the team. Effectively communicate with subordinates, peers, supervisors and other colleagues across teams.

Qualifications :
Requirements
· Degree or Diploma holder
· Relevant working experience in Funds or Pension Administration within Insurance or Fund Houses settings
· Basic retirement benefits and provident fund knowledge along with an understanding of relevant laws and policies
· Ability to analyse problems and offer appropriate solutions when handling daily administrative tasks
· Strong Computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
· Strong attentions to details
· Fluent in English and Cantonese. Able to read and write in English and Chinese
