We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Officer, Issuer Services Operations .

Principal responsibilities

·
Process escrow transactions from signing to final release, ensure fulfilment of conditions prior to disbursement of funds

·
Validate instruction of clients in conformity with the documentation

·
Manage communications and information flow between all parties in the transaction

·
Perform periodic review of the transaction

·
Prepare the regular management information report

·
Assist in reviewing, formulating and implementing workflow procedures to maximize efficiency and effectiveness

·
Communicate with internal and external parties for matters relating to the day to day activities

·
Work closely with other offices and ensure that the service provided meet the requirement for internal and external customers

·
Maintain customers satisfaction and continuously look to improve services quality

·
Monitor the progress to ensure compliance with all relevant internal Groups policies, guidelines, standards, procedures and external regulatory requirements

·
Assist the team in management oversight of operational risk and internal control adherence to the Groups standard through timely implementation of policies

·
Participate and undertake ad hoc or special projects as and when required

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Requirements

· 
Degree holder with relevant banking experience in the middle or back office environment especially with a strong and solid knowledge and experience in handling agency business including but not limited to escrow transactions, syndicated loan and other fixed income product

· 
Solid experience and knowledge in settlement and payment aspects

· 
Proactive, self motivated with ability to work effectively and independently under pressure while managing multiple tasks

· 
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, proficiency in Putonghua would be a definite advantage

· 
Team player, both internally and externally

· 
Willing to face challenges and accept additional responsibilities

· 
Excellent computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Words, Excel and Access
