We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.
In this role, you will:
· Provide excellent service through phone interactions with customers. Be focus on resolving their requests in time with an efficient, accurate, professional and courteous manner to create customer loyalty;
· Handle customer inbound, outbound calls, emails, request from digital channels, answer customer's inquiries.
· Record all customer requests which could not be resolved by call agent in First- Call. Timely track the outstanding case status ensure customers request are addressed.

To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:
This role is in the call centre team. Major challenge is able to get the point quickly from customer's expression, handle difficult calls, provide smart solution, alternative to customers.
