Role and Responsibility
· To complete the details & affix stamp duty in lending/ security documentation and record in core banking system.
· To ensure the stamp duty on lending/security documentation being levied & payable to Revenue Department and to Ministry of Finance (via Aor Sor 4 Khor) by due date.
· To ensure that all fees & commissions have been correctly calculated and collected with withholding tax certificate properly delivered to Financial Control Department.
· To prepare maintenance or Hold transactions for securities
· To properly manage/control the physical documents storage vault registration.
· To assist Credit Services Manager in preparing Regulatory Reporting as required by regulators.
· To assist Credit Services Manager in providing an opinion among the work procedure or taking initiative to improve overall turnaround time
· To assist line manager and team with ad hoc tasks and projects as needed.
Requirements
· Bachelor degree in Finance, Economics or related field
· At least 2 years work experience or more in related fields in Banking or Financial Institution is a plus
· Proficient with both English and Thai as well as PC skills.
· Resourceful, energetic, positive thinking, attention to detail and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
· Strong analytical and problem solving skills
· Excellent interpersonal skills and a desire to work in a team-oriented environment
