The Mortgage Experience Associate will be responsible for supporting the Mortgage Originations team by ordering supporting documents (including translations, international credit reports etc.). This role is also responsible for direct interaction with customers, and collaborating directly with mortgage support team, loan officers, and external vendors.
As our Mortgage Experience Associate you will:
· Prioritize work flow to meet deadlines
· Serve as liaison to Mortgage Sales & Fulfilment Teams
· Proactively follow up on assigned tasks to ensure completion in timely manner
· Manage mortgage process to ensure positive customer experience
For this role, HSBC targets a pay range between $ 58,700.00 and $ 88,100.00
The final fixed pay offer will depend on the candidate and a number of variables, including but not limited to, role responsibilities, skill set, depth of experience and education, licensing/certification requirements, internal relativity, and specific work location.

Requirements
You´ll likely have the following qualifications to succeed in this role:
· Minimum of an associate’s degree in business, related field or equivalent experience
· Minimum 3 years of experience in Mortgage Sales and/or Mortgage processing
· Proven communications, decision-making, customer service, sales, support, problem-solving, multi-tasking and organizational skills
· Proficiency with personal computers as well as pertinent mainframe systems and software packages
· Ability to work independently, handle detail and maintain confidentiality
· Working knowledge of the mortgage process, including pricing, registration, processing and closing
· Incumbents in this role must successfully register with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System Registry (NMLSR) and must obtain a unique identifier through the registry that will be provided to consumers with whom the incumbent interacts. In addition, incumbents in this role must successfully renew their registration with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System Registry (NMLSR) annually
· Ability to meet project deadlines and objectives independently and within the team
