As a result of a newly formed team we have two opportunities for Broker Relationship Executives to join our team. Reporting to the Broker Care Team Manager these roles are key to providing support and outstanding customer experience to all brokers and broker introduced customers once home loan applications reach the unconditional approval and settlement stages.

Some of your responsibilities will include:
· Key point of contact for HSBC brokers and customers instilling customer confidence and resolving and queries or issues they may have
· Offers value added products and services based on customer needs analysis and ensuring customer understanding of those products
· Meet broker and customer expectations in terms of efficiency, accuracy, timeliness, professionalism, and warmth
· Ensure all supporting documentation and checks are completed as required
· Adhere to all relevant processes and procedures of the Group Compliance and local regulations

Desired profile

To be successful in this role, you will bring:
·  Minimum of two years working in financial services industry
·  Previous experience in a Retail Banking mortgages role is strongly preferred
·  Strong interpersonal skills and relationship management skills
·  Collaborative and highly communicative team worker
·  Ability to work in a fast paced and high volume environment
·  Knowledge of regulatory requirements
