Within Wealth and Personal Banking, the Consumer Assets team is responsible for improving portfolio profitability and achieving growth objectives for all lending products in Asia-Pacific, including credit cards, personal loans, overdrafts and mortgages. Operating in several strategic markets across the region, the division is a key contributor to the profitability of the HSBC private wealth business.
We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Manager Unsecured Lending Products .
Principal Responsibilities
· Implement Credit Card / Personal Loans Servicing projects. Deliver smooth Credit Card / Personal Loans Servicing journey delivery and satisfactory customer experience
· Coordinate and manage Credit Card / Personal Loans Servicing enhancements with the aim to sharpen market leading position in Credit Card / Personal Loan in a cost-effective way
· Manage Credit Card Servicing complaint, dispute & fraud cases escalations
· High involvement in Credit Card Servicing incident handling
· Handle compliance requests from Regulators, Internal & External audit exercises. Ensure regulatory, compliance to Group standards and audit directives are met. Review and coordinate initiatives to streamline journeys and reduce costs
· Support Credit Card overall business strategies to achieve business targets
Requirements
· Degree holder
· Relevant working experience in Credit Card / Personal Loan, or other banking products management with good understanding about Credit Card/ Personal Loan Servicing digital and non-digital journey management
· High degree of personal drive and resilience
· Proven experience in project management
· Able to work with stakeholders from various functions and disciplines to drive business outcomes.
· Excellent problem solving and analytical skills with creative and critical thinking.
· Strong understanding across different business units in Wealth and Personal Banking
· Strong knowledge in compliances and regulatory requirements
