We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Manager surveillance - ASP SURVEILLANCE

Principal responsibilities

·  Provide support to surveillance daily BAU work on all aspects of surveillance for HSBC and its subsidiaries.
·  Assist in identify regulatory risks during daily case handling.
·  provide MI reporting stats to different onshore stakeholders.

Requirements

·  Solid knowledge of financial markets, financial instruments or investment products ( equities, fixed income, commodities, derivatives etc), desirable to have experience in trading, financial product control, or market risk management etc. 
·  Be able to performance analysis independently and efficiently, good time management and high attention to details; Demonstrates sound and reasoned judgment at all times.
·  Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal in English, with ability to deal with a range of senior/junior staff across a number of disciplines.
·  Understanding of the latest regulatory standards and market practice.
·  Proficient with Excel.

Candidate with less relevant experience or skills may be offered a lower Global Career Band than stated above.
