Principal Responsibilities
· To monitor RTA deliverables as per agreed SLA and regulatory requirements.
· To handle Data Analysis and enrichment projects as per Business Requirement.
· To handle Distributor relation queries and complaints.
· To provide Digital Application, admin support.
· Process Gap Analysis, Operational MIS and Audit tracking.
· Commission verification process
Requirements
· A good understanding of mutual fund/security markets
· Good verbal and written communication, team and interpersonal skills
· Liaising Skills for effective coordination with RTA, Auditors & Branches.
· Good at Excel & Power-point for preparing reports and workings.
· Knowledge of local language will be an advantage to handle RTA
· Minimum Graduation or as required for the role, whichever is higher
Other additional Information:
· A minimum of 1 – 3 years of Mutual Fund background
· NSIM Certified or ability to complete the course within a month.
