We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Manager, Digital and Customers Proposition - Commercial Banking .
Principal Responsibilities
· Design Customer and Channels Proposition to support commercial banking business strategy for target customer segment, industry or use cases
· Engage markets for assessment of competitive landscape, market opportunities, applicability of capabilities and business benefits
· Co-design the proposition and actionable commercialization strategy with markets based on research, data analysis and voice of customers with objective to drive customer growth and other business KPIs
· Collect, analyze and report data and project status (including KPIs, OKRs etc.) to track the progress of strategy execution
· Work closely with a wide range of stakeholders including business users, product teams, other external vendors and external partners on the design and requirement of key digital initiatives
· Actively engage in proposition development cycle from ideation, initial scoping, customer discovery, proposition design, partnership management, commercialization, go-to-market tactics and continuously improving customer experience
· Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure investment of propositional elements are future-proof and widely applicable to most markets
· Formulate the partnership strategy, including partner evaluation, onboarding, commercialization terms and ongoing management
Requirements
· University degree, relevant qualifications in Business, Finance, Computer Science, Technology
· Hands on experience in business analysis, consulting, strategy formulation, strategy execution or business model transformation
· Customer-oriented with strong business acumen
· Ability to prioritize and work independently under pressure within a team environment
· Team player with strong stakeholder management skills through effective communication, presentation and influencing
· Good understanding of Commercial Banking business and products will be a plus
