We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Manager -Business Analyst

Principal Responsibilities:

·  Should be able to build wireframes. Good with MS PowerPoint and MS Excel.
·  Project lifecycle – both waterfall and agile.
·  Experience of User Testing and using JIRA. Working knowledge of data visualisation tools such as Tableau, Power BI.
·  Experience with Google Cloud Platform. Exposure to different asset classes and experience of working in asset management industry.
·  Comfortable in liaising with global and regional business/teams across time zones.
·  Knowledge related to design thinking would be an added advantage.
·  Be self – motivated, confident, and driven but able to manage/support and work within a team.
·  Experienced with chairing and managing meetings with large attendees and documenting actions and follow up tasks.

Requirements

·  Experience of working with multiple teams such as business, data science, analytics, IT, HR. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
·  Manage stake holders and capture requirements by preparing Business Requirement Document & Product Requirement Document.
·  Ability to query data using SQL and exposure to Python or any other language.
·  Good knowledge of leveraging AI and GenAI tools for business transformation.
·  Previous experience in Asset Management and exposure to different asset classes would be advantageous.
·  Should understand Data Structure and dataflow logically.
·  Experience of working with Vendor Project Teams, data science teams and product development & Python
