Purpose of the job

PMO Activities for Central Business Management Services Team mainly focusing on ‘Fusion' to provide support to FCR IT stakeholders & related tasks.


Main Duties
(Please describe the role that the Candidate will be undertaking within the team)

The candidate will be responsible for:

· Should have knowledge on SoW & Purchase Order (PO & Non-PO)
· Familiar with PMO activities
· Assist Managers to solve issues related to Purchase Orders, receipting.
· Should have knowledge on the monthly accrual process.
· Own and manage invoice payment and tracking
· Maintain & Keep track of management reports belongs to PO & invoice payments.
· Reconciliation of outstanding PO vs Pending invoices.
· Checking resource rates as per Resource requisition with Purchase Requisition
· Should have knowledge on Finance accruals / provisions.
· Can help in GMIS activities
· Providing support on resource On-boarding if required
· Assist with Executive and Management reporting
· Can be able to provide required Trainings to stakeholders or end users as & when required on related tasks.
· Should be able to communicate all the relevant information to the stakeholders on time.
· Sound knowledge on Direct cost and P&L
· Ability to handle ad-hoc requests.

· Knowledge on Advanced Excel (Required)
