We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Lead Vice President - Business Consulting

Principal responsibilities

·    Need to understand business and operations to initiate projects from GAC – Ops analytics (Originations) and assign work to all his team members.
·  Responsible for planning and overseeing project and program level reporting.
·  Responsible for end-to-end management and monitoring of project governance and control.
·  Ensure adherence with all the applicable compliance policies (Data security policy, AML, operational risk, Functional manual, Group Compliance Manual, Audit recommendations, Internal Control requirements, regulatory guidelines etc.) and business standards of Organization as applicable. Take timely action on Audit comments and be able to demonstrate compliance with Internal controls.
·  Closely interact with the FCS Operations teams from GSC sites and FCS Regions to understand the analytical requirements with minimal handholding and support analytical plan/approach independently to build analytical solutions.
·  The role holder will guide and lead team members from a functional perspective and help them build up a strong business understanding.
·  Facilitate and coordinate all governance forums at department / site levels

Requirements

·  Partner with the business effectively to drive data driven decisions and generate value.
·  In-depth knowledge and understanding of financial-services/ banking-operations is a must.
·  Build and enhance capacity models fit for use as per business process nature.
·  Sound domain expertise and experience in working in multiple market’s Strategy and Analytics is desired.
·  Demonstrated capability to solve unstructured business problems with quick TAT – design thinking.
·  Spearhead new initiatives in Origination Ops Analytics including production discipline.
·  Relevant experience and In-depth knowledge and understanding of financial-services/ banking-operations is a must.
