We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Lead Consultant Specialist .
Business: Wholesale IT
Principal responsibilities
· Participation in Architecture Review, do low level design and review.
· Build and improve development and testing framework.
· Service governance and manage Compliance, Regulatory and Cyber Risks.
· Participate and lead engineering and service standards.
· Participate and Lead production support and incidents management.
· Incident, Change, Problem and Capacity review and governance.
· Infrastructure Review and planning.
· Application and Infrastructure optimization.
· Certificate renewal ownership and governance.
· Stakeholder Management.
· Service Resiliency reviews and governance.
· Introduce and advertise new tools to the team.
Requirements
· Experience in Java api development and api automation testing.
· Familiar with middleware MQ, Redis and api GW
· Proficient in IT Risk Management Skill.
· Proven track record in application management and governance.
· Exposure to software lifecycle(build, testing, transition, maintenance).
· Infrastructure maintenance and management exposure.
· Proven track record in IT as well business stakeholder management.
· Experience in Incident Management, Problem Management, Event Management and Change Management and Capacity Management.
· Lead the production issues to identify RCA and get it fixed by applications team to avoid recurrence.
· Experience in Agile methodology, DevOps.
· Experience in leading delivery teams.
