We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Lead Consultant Specialist.

Business: Wholesale IT  

Principal responsibilities

·  You will be leading programme delivery from initiation till production implementation for Global Payment Engine estate globally aligning up platform roadmap, which includes 6 regions: Asia Pacific, Middle East, North America, Euro, China, Singapore.
·  You will manage supply and demand pipeline within owned programme and give guidance, direction for making decision to achieve goals, deliver products that align with business core interest.
·  You will ensure compliance with all relevant internal control standards and external regulatory requirements;
·  You will instrumentally in-depth understanding end to end payment jounry initiated from various Lines of Business, while optimizing for cost and be compliant with the Bank’s End-to-End architecture, adopting modern cloud technolgy whereare possbile. 
·  You will be managing communications and expectations with senior stakeholders.
·  You will be providing subject matter expertise to the wider team and play accoutability role in delivering business features, reducing operational risk and cost of ownership.
·  You will provide coaching and guiding directly or indirectly to teams having developers, testers, analyst and architects inside by giving clear direction, feedbacks and timely suggestions to ensure a high quality standard of deliverables according to HSBC standards and best practices.
·  You will address existing technical debt and drive for technical evolution payment processing modernization for the teams by working closely with various parties including business, SMEs, Solution Architects globally.

Requirements

·  Minimum 10 years of experience in Technology fields, 5 years of experience in project and programme management space, and 3 years of large scale software programe delivery manager role, 3 years of relevant experience in the Payments domain.
·  The candidate should have good understanding of Payments, Clearing Systems, Wire Transactions and Accounting
·  The candidate should have experience in all phases in the Development Life Cycle, and working experience of micro services supported framework like Spring Boot, Java based framework like Spring, Hibernate etc.
·  The candidate should be agility proven in leading scrum team to deliver MVP across cloud and on-premise environments to ensure technical compatibility and user satisfaction.
·  The candidate should have ability to navigate complex organizational structures and drive diverse, multi-regional and gobal stakeholders, cultivate a collaborative and cooperative attitude across different work cultures
·  The candidate should have proven track record of leading a sustainable team and delivering results, and demonstrable experience in managing senior stakeholders.
·  The candidate should have fair understanding of Architecture and Design requirements for building Cloud Native Application
·  The candidate should be opened to weekend and odd hour implementation ROTA

·  Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment to deliver high quality results under tight schedule and high pressure
·  Knowledgeable in CI & CD tooling maturity upliftment
·  Experience of cloud-native delivery
·  A Technolgy-Functional experience is preferred
