We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Lead Consultant Specialist.

Principal responsibilities 

·  Understand Group and Commercial Banking IT strategy, help define technical strategy and execute which to fulfill business needs and aspirations on growth, management and control.
·  Plan for people and project management, provide coaching and guiding directly or indirectly to teams having developers, testers, analyst and architects inside by giving clear direction, feedbacks and timely suggestions to ensure a high quality standard of deliverables according to HSBC standards and best practices.
·  Address existing technical debt and drive for technical evolution aka Digital Transformation for the teams by working closely with various parties including business, SMEs, Solution Architects globally
·  Establish and maintain trustworthy relationships with business and relevant stakeholders.  Manage expectation of key stakeholders and work jointly to maximize interest of business and customers
·  Manage supply and demand pipeline and give guidance, direction for making decision to achieve goals, deliver products that align with business core interest.

Requirements

·  Working experience of all layers/tiers of the project from Front End development through Back End database
·  design i.e. full stack developer. English is a must have skill
·  Experience in all phases in the Development Life Cycle
·  Very good understanding of architecture and design patterns used for Web Application Framework
·  Experience with formal release procedures and source control
·  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (written and spoken) – comfortable with detail
·  Experience of working within multi-site teams
·  Cultivates a collaborative and cooperative attitude across different work cultures
·  Ability to work under pressure and manage own time
·  Ability to work on own or as part of a team
·  Ownership of tasks assigned to ultimate resolution
·  Working knowledge of Source code repository tool GitHub
·  Very strong working experience and expertise of Java, MicroServices & React
·  Very strong expertise on Java based framework like Spring, Hibernate etc.
·  Have working experience of micro services supported framework like Spring Boot.
·  Have at least 2+ years of experience on any JavaScript-based GUI framework
·  Excellent Understanding of Single Page architecture application and its optimal implementation
·  Experience of writing complex SQL queries with knowledge do SQL tuning
·  Good understanding of Behaviour Driven Development and Test Driven Development approach
·  Knowledge on Cloud Technologies like Paas & IaaS.
·  Have fair understanding of Architecture and Design requirements for building Cloud Native Application.
·  Experience in Agile, Ract, Java Frameworks, Messaging, Databases and Testing methodologies.
·  Absolute Self Starter
·  InteliJ Idea / Eclipse (used for development)，Sonar (or similar)，Selenium/Cucumber (or similar)，Git / GitHub
·  Java & JUnit，Spring Boot & Micro Services，HTML 5，React，Oracle，Spring Core & MVC，SQL
