We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Lead Assistant Vice President - GAC WPB AMH DATA ANALYTICS.
Principal responsibilities
· Build strong partnerships with business partners to drive projects and analytic efforts to identify better business value.
· Structure concise reports with marketing insights supported by solid analytics and logical thinking. Lead presentations and make recommendations to senior management.
· Support driving solutions and analytical wealth products.
· Leverage machine learning techniques to develop predictive models/segmentation models that help improve marketing strategies and customer contact management strategies across different FX and Payment products.
· Support driving analytical models to assess the impact of changes to wealth products, promotions, programs across different markets. Leverage machine learning and optimization techniques to optimize FX pricing solutions as necessary.
· Independently manage delivery of analytics projects by working with business partners across region/ group.
· Actively contribute in innovative analytical solutioning for improved business performance.
Requirements
· Minimum 6 years of experience of using numbers to solve complex business problems.
· Minimum 2-3 years of Hands on experience in Wealth Product Analytics is preferred. Also general banking experience with focus on product analyics - assets or liabilities would be preferred. However for right candidate with strong analytics skills in other areas, exceptions can be made.
· Business problem solving skill is essential.
· Collaborate with partners across business groups, evaluate emerging techniques that may contribute to existing analytics capabilities and computational models.
· Proven expertise in building statistical and (or) ML for solving diverse business challenges and creating significant business value would be a plus but not mandatory
· Numercial skills in any of the below SAS, C++, Python, R, SQL, Excel etc. would be essential
· Knowledge and exposure to cloud analytics platform such as GCP, AWS Redshift , Azure etc. would be a plus but not mandatory.
· Strong business acumen with out-of-the box thinking to drive improved business performance
· Strong stakeholder management skills and seamless delivery of analytics initiatives across markets.
Candidate with less relevant experience or skills may be offered a lower Global Career Band than stated above.
