We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as KYC Strategy and Change Project Manager.
 
Principal responsibilities
Identify and assist in resolution of any conflicts and issues
Brings improvements through innovative solutions and approaches
Makes well-thought-out recommendations to management
Prepares and manages stakeholder communications plans, messages and delivery per transition change management principles
Develop and manage detailed project plans, including definition of detailed milestones and deliveries to bring projects from initiation through delivery
Work with stakeholders and manage project resources to drive execution according to plan
Develop and deliver business and technical content that acquire approvals per decision matrix.
Identify, leverage, engage and maintain relationships with required business and technical stakeholders.
Monitor and report on progress, risks, issues and dependencies.
Create detailed project documentation as part of change management process.
Align with firm vision and standards by attending and participating in the appropriate governance forums.
Engage with the appropriate implementation team representatives to ensure successful implementation.

Desired profile

Requirements
Extensive experience managing regional project teams
Investment banking knowledge and experience is preferred
Familiar with the AML and KYC regulatory requirements
Thorough understanding of legal structures of various client types.
Clear experience of leading change projects from analysis to delivery
Strong Project Management Capability
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; strong relationship management capabilities.
Strong analytical skills with a strong attention to detail.
Proficient computer skills, including Word, Excel and the use of Internet Search Engines.
