Role Overview:
• The Infrastructure & Real Estate Group (IRG) provides a full suite of investment banking services to corporates and financial sponsors in the sub sectors of Infrastructure, Real Estate, Transport, Logistics, Support Services, Renewables and Power & Utilities. The team provides a single point for clients to access product agnostic advice on financing, capital markets and mergers and acquisitions.
• The role holder will be responsible for supporting the origination and execution of advisory and financing activities within the Infrastructure and Real Estate team and managing several assignments in parallel.
• The candidate should have a strong infrastructure background across both advisory and debt / financing, with relevant experience across the MENAT region or broader international.
• He/She should be a team player, proactive, used to and willing to work to tight client deadlines and competing priorities, and work under pressure in providing high quality deliverables.
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Creating and analyzing/reviewing financial models in the context of financial analysis and financeability .
• Understanding of key risk allocation metrics and credit risk requirements to ensure bankability and optimization of financing structures .
• Development and review of transaction documentation such as financing agreements, SPAs or concession agreements.
• Interacting with clients, management and other advisors during the execution of financing or advisory transactions .
• Preparation of business approval documentation and credit memorandums.
• Assisting in the preparation of presentations and other materials for clients.
• Develop and maintain up to date Infrastructure sector information.
• Supervising the work of analysts, as well as guiding them on their development.
• Supporting client coverage across our IRG client universe in the region.
• Collaborating with other products, departments and country teams.
• Strong adherence to compliance, risk and process controls.
• Deliver fair outcomes for our customers and ensure own conduct maintains the orderly and transparent operation of financial markets.

Qualifications :
Experience & Qualifications:
· Self-starter, with high motivation and proactiveness to actively manage his/her own deadlines and deliverables, and operate as a team player
· Strong quantitative, qualitative, communication and inter-personal skills
· Strong financial analysis and advanced spreadsheet modelling skills
· Strong knowledge of credit analysis, structuring and financing products used in debt financing, LBO/cash flow financing and project financing
· Evidenced investment banking deal experience
· A strong understanding of the financial markets
· BSc/BA equivalent qualification from a reputable university
· Master's degree and/or CFA (or equivalent) qualification desirable but not essential
· 3-4 years of related experience
