Job description

Location- Pune

Responsibilities of the role will include, but are not limited to:

·
Undertake daily governance activities that support the Service Acceptance Key Control and associate adherence to the ITSA Policy and Standards

·
Liaison with various stakeholders, including project teams, specialist non-functional requirement teams and interaction across IT and JIRA developers

·
Coordination of monthly release sprints to deliver process improvement and optimisation items

·
Communicate the purpose and goals of IT Service Acceptance to the project community, across all global business / global function lines

·
Provide user training where required

·
Identify opportunities to streamline and optimise the ITSA process, ensuring these compliment bank strategy, and see these through to delivery

·
Regular reviews of information stored on team repositories (sharepoint/confluence) to ensure key information and data is accurrate and appropriate for the audience

·
Respond to queries raised by users

·
Support communication and ongoing education and awareness of the process with key users and stakeholders

·
Support the process across all global regions and entities

·
Manage and progress risk issues and actions related to outcomes of the Governance Framework

·
Provide support to audits, control tests, reviews and tracking documentation submissions as required

·
Identify and contribute to Continual Improvement of governance activities

·
Assist with the identification of root cause in defects related to the achievement of KPIs

·
Identify, analyse and optimise governance framework model and processes

·
Build strong relationships, adopting a joined up approach, to deliver business requirements whilst ensuring adherence to policy and standards

·
Compliance with external regulatory requirements, internal control standards and group compliance

Certifications, Qualifications & Experience (For the Job – not the Job holder. Minimum requirements of the Job)

·
Graduate degree in a Business or IT discipline or a proven track record of 3 years or more in a Business or IT environment.

·
Excellent communication, inter-personal and negotiating skills, focusing on remote and written communications, inclusive of ability and experience in interacting with higher positions

·
Excellent English language speaking and written skills are essential.

·
Proven judgmental skills to identify and resolve problems

·
Drive and self-motivation

·
Ability to be proactive and delivery focused to ensure individual tasks are completed on time and to the required levels of quality.

·
Ability and drive to successfully deliver multiple, wide-ranging priorities, often under stringent time pressures in a dynamic environment

·
Excellent planning, organization skills, including tracking and following up on actions

·
Ability to make considered decisions that protect and enhance values, reputation and business.

·
Proficiency in Microsoft applications with emphasis on Excel, Outlook, Sharepoint, PowerPoint and OneNote

·
Experience in the use of JIRA / Confluence is an advantage

·
Experience in risk and control tooling and repositories desirable

·
Experience in process improvement techniques desirable

·
Project management desirable
