Job content:

·  To lead and manage IT Support & deliverables for all IT infrastructure utilized in HSBC Taiwan.
·  To lead and manage IT Support & deliverables for all IT infrastructure utilized in HSBC Taiwan.
·  To assist in the planning and implementation of all IT projects and ensures standards and deadlines are met.
·  To support, and manage all systems within HSBC Taiwan and to oversee development and implementation of new systems to ensure 24x7x365 days systems availability in order to enhance customer satisfaction and fulfil operational objectives
·  To support internal end users on trouble shooting when using HSBC hardware and software.
·  To manage 3 rd party supplier.
·  IT service delivery must be aligned with local, regional and group objectives.

Information

·  Bachelor degree above.
·  Proven technical expertise in supporting IT systems, application, software and Microsoft Windows environment
·  Good knowledge in IT (Desktop/Notebook, Telecoms & Server Infrastructure) infrastructure support
·  Experience in project management, particularly in planning, organizing, prioritization and scheduling
·  Evidence of effective resource management and ability to develop an environment that foster good teamwork
·  Must have analytical approach in problem handling, escalations and resolution
·  Ability to understand IT Security/Audit requirements and implement recommendations
·  Must possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills
·  Committed to provide excellent customer service for internal users
·  Must be able to work independently, effectively multitask and methodical
·  Must be flexible to move between the sites and travel (if required)
