Implementation Associate - Global Trade and Receivables Finance

Global Trade and Receivables Finance comprises over 4,500 people across more than 60 countries, helping suppliers and buyers with their export and import finance needs. Trade is where HSBC began in 1865, when we financed commerce between Europe, North America and Asia.

We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Implementation Associate.

Principal responsibilities ​

Support the delivery of revenue to achieve Annual Operating Plan targets and maximise the extent to which client needs are met for GTRF

·
Support Client Implementation manager to ensure implementation occurs in line with time, budget and quality expectations

·
Seek ongoing improvements to the implementation processes

·
Leverage Client feedback to shape client proposition and new product development activity across

·
Support Client Implementation manager to ensure the efficient completion of technical and operational on-boarding activities for new to trade or new to bank clients

·
Support Client Implementation manager to ensure Credit or Risk recommendations, Know Your Customer Procedures and other GTRF Procedures Guidelines ,Manuals are implemented and adhered to

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Requirements

· 
Knowledge of Trade preferred, and specifically invoice finance supplier finance

· 
Working in a finance department in a BB environment will also be an advantage

· 
Experience working in a corporate treasury or procurement function and advantage

· 
Microsoft Office skills required, specifically Excel, Word and PowerPoint

· 
Strong attention to detail, excellent planning, organization and coordination skills.

· 
Personable Approach and a team player and have a can do approach.

· 
Prior trade sales or accounting Finance Treasury backgrounds are an advantage.

· 
Prior experience in selling supplier solutions an advantage

· 
Exceptional candidates who do not meet these criteria may be considered for the role provided they have the necessary skills and experience.

Degree holders preferred
