Job description
The ITID IAM ACT GiAM Process Support Analyst role is based within the HOST ITID Identity Access Management (IAM) Access Controls Team (ACT) and reports to the Global Head of IAM Access Controls.
The role supports the Global ITID IAM ACT Product & Process Owners for GiAM; Certification and Segregation of Duties, providing direct assistance and contribution to the Identity & Access Management organization through the management and execution of significant IT Security responsibilities, ensuring the products and processes facilitating the access management controls are operating effectively. Responsible for supporting programs, services and initiatives under the Product & Process Team's remit that protect the confidentiality, integrity and availability of information assets and work closely with all Global lines of business / Global Functions and application and support teams to enhance and automate key control processes permitting them to meet their objectives within their risk appetite.
Your responsibilities will include:
· Acting as Primary PoC for all technical incidents on the Global Standard IAM tool, providing ownership of the identification; reporting; collation & tracking of all technical incidents & monitoring through to successful resolution.
· Supporting the IAM ACT Product and Process Owners to design, build, implement and embed global best in class processes and procedures across the organisation where possible for all IAM ACT controls (covering GiAM; Recertification; Transfers; Leavers and Segregation of Duties); ensuring full documentation is in place; recorded and monitored for review.
· Supporting the IAM Act Process Owners in the scheduling of the Quarterly Recertification and SofD Review cycles.
· Assisting in maintaining all Process Owner related documentation throughout its lifecycle, ensuring real-time updates are made to reflect any revisions to policies; standards or tooling where appropriate.
· Supporting the identification, collation, review and analysis of the Global IAM tool requirements to support the Access Management control processes in order to support delivery of a robust, automated and global control.
· Coordinating and supporting user acceptance testing on the Global IAM tool of approved requirements prior to and post implementation.
· Providing quality and timely communications to all IAM Support teams and interested stakeholders.
· Supporting the assessment of current IAM control weaknesses through performing extensive analysis to identify and escalate key operational risks in accordance with the defined Identity & Access Management Policies and Standards.
· Development and provision of quality MI; KRI and KPI reports on the Access Management controls to the Access Controls Team and other interested parties.
· Working in conjunction with all IAM Access Controls Process Owners to research, identify and evaluate enhancement opportunities for all the controls for Identity and Access Management.
· Supporting IAM controls and processes in accordance with regulatory standards.
· Adhering strictly to compliance and operational risk controls in accordance with regulatory standards, policies and practices; reporting control weaknesses; compliance breaches and operational loss events.
Desired profile
Qualifications :
The ideal candidate for this role will have the below experience and qualifications:
· Experience working in Identity Access Management.
· Experience of working with Certification processes within a financial environment.
· Working experience of the bank's Global Identity and Access Management processes and tools.
· Excellent knowledge of the ARR Security Standard is essential.
· Experience creating operational processes and procedures is essential.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience of adapting style and approach to the targeted audience.
· Strong analytical, technical, and problem solving skills.
· Excellent organizational and monitoring/tracking skills are essential.
· Knowledge of other platforms such as AD; ADLDS; DBAi; Application level ACLs; iSeries; RACF; UNIX; Databases etc is desirable but not essential.
· Ability to create strong, trusting professional relationships with others and experience working with key stakeholders across all levels.
· Experience managing audit and risk relationships.
· Ability to be pro-active and self-sufficient with strong motivation within the context of the role and scope.
· Confident to work independently and take responsibility for personal progress and development.
· Knowledge of Confluence is desired but not essential.
